My childbirth education session is designed to empower pregnant parents with the knowledge and confidence needed to confidently move through their upcoming labor and birth experience, particularly if you intend to birth within the hospital system!

With my CBE class, I hope you gain a deeper understanding of 

• what comprises evidence-based care

• stages and emotional signals of labor

• building your birth support team and creating a birth plan

• pain management techniques and medications available to you

• birth options and labor/birth positions

• understanding medical support, terminology and interventions

• first moments after birth and more!
