Independent prep session

If you are seeking education, support and evidence based information, but do not want to commit to a full birth support package, this service option offers you the ability to pick and choose what you would like to accomplish during your time with me

The session can include:

- birth plan writing
- postpartum plan writing

- discussion of non-pharmacological coping strategies for labor and birth 

- third stage management (birth of placenta)

- newborn needs, expectations & biologically normal infant sleep

2-hour meetings start at $75, to discuss and work through birthing planning, pain management, etc.
