Postpartum rate: hourly
$40 per hour for daytime shifts 

Postpartum hours must be booked in a minimum of 3-hour increments for daytime/evening support. The frequency and duration of support you are seeking may vary! 

What does a postpartum doula do?

Postpartum doula support is tailored to your individual needs. 

It can look like:

- physical & emotional support in recovery

- Light housework ( bottle washing + sterilization, laundry, dishes)

- body/breastfeeding education 

- care for older siblings 

- help with pets (walking, toileting etc.) 

- babywearing education + other new parenting skills

- caring for baby, allowing parent(s) time for themselves

- other postpartum planning 

- text/phone, email & other virtual support
