Postpartum support
Currently, my only availability for postpartum work is evening shifts beginning on or after 5pm! I do not have availability for daytime (8am-4pm) or overnight (11pm-8am) shifts at this time

Pricing
Postpartum rate: hourly
$30 daytime shifts & $35 overnight shifts
Choose your own: (hourly rate applies)
- Postpartum hours must be booked in a minimum of 4-hour increments for daytime/evening support
What does a postpartum doula do?
Postpartum doula support is tailored to your individual needs.
It can look like:
- physical & emotional support in recovery
- Light housework ( bottle washing + sterilization, laundry, dishes)
- body/breastfeeding education
- care for older siblings
- help with pets
- babywearing education + other new parenting skills
- caring for baby, allowing parent(s) time for themselves
- other postpartum planning
- text/phone, email & other virtual support
